In an attempt to keep exchanges to a minimum, PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY, ALONG WITH THE SIZING CHART AT THE FOOTER OF THE SITE!

 

Many of our items are limited in quantity. If the item you are looking to exchange is out of stock, there will be no exchange under any circumstance. That item will be considered sold out and shortly removed from our site.

 

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white/cream/bone-colored items, swimwear, bodysuits or accessories. 

 

All items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE!

We are NOT responsible for lost orders or addresses entered incorrectly.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE:
**all exchanges result in store credits, no refunds.

 

  1. Exchanges must be initiated within (5) days of your delivery date.
  • Please send us an email to: info@keontayammiel.com, with your name, order # and the reason for the exchange.
  • Note: We will check to ensure you have not passed the 5-day cutoff before approving the return.

 

  1. Once you receive an exchange approval,

  2. Once received, we will inspect the item(s) thoroughly. 
    (Please allow a processing time of 2-4 days)

  3. If approved, you will receive a store credit via email to use towards your next purchase.
